Are your items produced in Portugal?

YES! We highly value the Portuguese textile industry and have, therefore, developed a Portuguese brand of sustainable manufacture using the best quality products whilst directly contributing to our country´s economy.. 

Can I put an item on hold?

It's not possible to hold items but you can mark your favorites with a heart to make them available on your wishlist. Then you will be able to quickly access your favorite pieces through your Customer Area.


Will sold-out items be restocked?

We work together with our textile mill to ensure that sold-out models are restocked as quickly as possible.

Will there be more models available?

Is there a physical store?

DNot for the time being. However, we have a Size Chart available with all the measurements of our items to help you make the right purchase.


Do you accept exchanges or returns?

Yes! You have 14 days (from the day you receive your order) to exchange or return an item.

How much are the delivery fees?

Delivery to mainland Portugal is free for customers spending 120€ or more. All information regarding delivery fees can be found here.


Do you ship outside Portugal?

In addition to mainland Portugal and the islands, we ship to all European Union countries.


Can I change the address after processing the order?

After processing the order, Love & May cannot change the delivery address. However, we advise you to contact the carrier as soon as possible and request the alteration.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We work to ensure that our orders are shipped as quickly as possible and that all delivery deadlines are met. On average, you will receive your order within 5 working days after payment. My order is late. What should I do?

We make every effort to ensure that delivery deadlines are met. However, there may be some delay due to the volume of orders. If this happens, we appreciate your understanding and ask that you please contact our Customer Support using the form.


My order is a gift. Do you ship with wrapping?

We are here to make every moment special. If you would like a special package or a personalized message, please contact our Customer Service before placing the order.
