Aceitam trocas ou devoluções?

All purchases made on the Love & May website can be exchanged and/or returned within a maximum period of 14 days, after receipt of the order (article 10 of LD n. º24/2014).

The item must be delivered in perfect conditions - in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached, accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.
Love & May does not accept exchanges and/or returns of items with signs of use, damaged, washed, dirty or with odours. Love & May is also not responsible for the misuse of its items or for their incorrect washing. Please refer to the care label inside each item for the correct care and How to Care section in each item. Before each purchase, we advise you to consult our Size Guide to find out the right size of each item.

How to make an exchange/return

Send an e-mail to geral@loveandmay.com with "Exchange" or "Devolution" in the subject with an invoice copy attached.

You should let us know which items you want to exchange/return and, if you want to make an exchange, let us know the new item and size.

When the item is received and successfully passes the quality control, an e-mail will be sent to inform that the process is completed, and the new item is ready for shipping. We will also send the IBAN in case there is any adjustment in price. After payment and proof of payment are received, the new order will be sent to the indicated address within a maximum of 2 working days.

For increased security, we advise that exchanges/returns are made via registered mail.

Exchanges

When the item is received it will be checked by Love & May. If everything is ok, we will send you an e-mail informing that the process has been concluded and that the new item is ready to be sent. We will also send the IBAN in case there is any adjustment in price. After payment and proof of payment are received, the new order will be sent to the indicated address within a maximum of 2 working days.

Returns

When returning an item, all delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
Once the item is received, Love & May will carry out the quality control process. If the item passes successfully, an email will be sent to confirm the return. The refund is made within a maximum period of 15 days after the date of receipt of the item.
If the returned items are not in the condition in which they were sent, Love & May reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a refund.
In the event a defective item is returned, Love & May will refund the value of the item and the value of return fees. In this case, an invoice must be sent with the TIN 516600281 with the value of the fees.

Após o processamento da encomenda, a morada de entrega não pode ser alterada pela Love & May, no entanto, poderá fazer o pedido à transportadora com a maior brevidade possível.

Quanto tempo demora a minha encomenda a chegar?

Trabalhamos para que as nossas encomendas sejam expedidas o mais brevemente possível e para que todos os prazos de entrega sejam cumpridos. Deverá receber a sua encomenda de 2 a 5 dias úteis após o pagamento. Caso não a receba no prazo máximo de 10 dias úteis, por favor, entre em contacto com o nosso Apoio ao Cliente através do geral@loveandmay.com.
